check in the path: C:\Users\yourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Unity\Asset Store if you can see the package folder. try to move it to somewhere else and then try again.

Another fix: If you're still experiencing this issue, disable DirectX 11 in "Player" settings into project settings.

intriguing... I disabled directX 11 in player settings, and now the store loads... I don't know why that happens, but it works, and that disturbs me a lot... Anyway, thanks for the help! :D

Solved. Just go to edit>Network Emulation and choose your internet connection type then right click on "Asset Store" tab next to Scene and Console and hit "Reload". Hope this helps.

Other option: pull the asset store tab out of the editor so that it floats over the editor GUI. This made it work again on MacOS here.
